As our Scrum Master, you will be the sole agile practitioner within the business, responsible for facilitating and championing agile ways of working across multiple teams and key stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead core scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning/reviews, backlog optimisation and retrospectives.
- Support prioritization and delivery planning by coordinating competing priorities, managing dependencies and driving the timely completion of tickets.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and drive actionable outcomes from retrospectives.
- Remove obstructions and proactively identify risks to optimize team performance and delivery outcomes.

Role Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our SaaS products across the US and UK region, confidently articulating value propositions within the financial services landscape.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through a combination of cold outreach and warm lead engagement, converting prospects into meetings (remote and in-person).
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and high-potential prospective clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives, GP targets and KPI’s.

Scrum Master
At MVSI, we're building technology that helps businesses navigate complex compliance requirements with confidence. As our Scrum Master, you will be the sole agile practitioner within the business, responsible for facilitating and championing agile ways of working across multiple teams and key stakeholders.
Working at the intersection of compliance, technology and emerging AI-driven capabilities, you will support our teams deliver high-quality outcomes whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and collaboration.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can balance agile ceremony facilitation with pragmatic delivery support in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead core scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning/reviews, backlog optimisation and retrospectives.
- Support prioritization and delivery planning by coordinating competing priorities, managing dependencies and driving the timely completion of tickets.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and drive actionable outcomes from retrospectives.
- Remove obstructions and proactively identify risks to optimize team performance and delivery outcomes.
- Act as a liaison for our Technology and Client Services teams facilitating communication and alignment.
Who we’re looking for?
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Delivery Lead (Essential)
- Proven hands-on experience working in Scrum and Kanban environments.
- Confident facilitating workshops and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for helping teams succeed.

We're now looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing Engineering team. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful products that solve real-world problems, influence technical direction, and help shape the future of compliance technology.
Role Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain well-architected, production-grade systems aligned with MVSI Engineering standards using our modern technology stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React and Node.js.
- Develop and maintain scalable MERN-based solutions with a strong emphasis on quality, performance, and test coverage.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our product by enhancing system resilience, optimizing infrastructure costs and improving overall operational efficiency.
- Decompose and modernize legacy or monolithic systems into scalable microservices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in shared operational support and contribute to production stability and incident resolution.
- Champion continuous improvement, engineering best practices and automation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, innovation and knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
Who we’re looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in commercial software development. (Essential)
- Extensive experience with the MERN stack: MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL etc), Express.js, React.js, Node.js
- Jest or equivalent testing frameworks
- Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs with strong security and integration practices
- Demonstrated ability to decompose monoliths into microservices
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and application security
- A passion for clean, maintainable, testable code and collaborative development
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, quality and innovation
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with strong ownership, accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
- Confident communicator who collaborates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience, including:
- Reliability engineering practices
- Incident management and post-incident reviews
- SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
- Experience operating high-availability, customer-facing SaaS platforms
- Exposure to performance engineering and cost optimisation in AWS
